Hardware:
Any computer component needs maintenance. CUC not only provides you a solution to manage your storage, we make sure our solution works flawlessly under your IT environment. We offer a complete comprehensive set of support services including on-site service, expedited exchange and 24-hour tech. support.

Software:
All software support is handled by factory certified engineers and is accomplished by phone through our (800) number - or by email, fax or the Internet. Software support allows the customer access to new release notes, bug fixes, product enhancements, product alerts and bulletins. Also included in the software maintenance agreement are new software versions and upgrades at no additional cost for one year. This maintenance is necessary during operating system upgrades.

CUC provides complete on-site installation for our entire product line. Our factory trained and certified engineers will install and service each component of each subsystem. Our installer remains on-site until your staff has completed their training, all equipment is working properly and your administrator signs off on the installation.

Typical installations include hardware, software, cables, terminators, and media. Our engineers will run a series of tests to determine that each component installed is working according to factory specifications.

Our factory trained engineers will make sure your administrator and staff have a working understanding of the hardware and/or software, including how to diagnose error messages for the subsystem.

CUC knows that every network has its kinks. That's why CUC provides a 30-day on site warranty with all installations. This includes all travel and related expenses that are required to get the solution working properly with your network.

CUC is proficient with most back-file conversions including, but not limited to, media, paper, microfilm and microfiche.
